Resources

Epiphany deals with mature themes of sexual assault and trauma throughout its duration including depictions of anxiety, depression and a brief description of a lived sexual assault. While creating Epiphany, we were cognizant that this material would be difficult for some listeners, however, our team did not want to shy away from exploring this subject matter and telling a story that is relevant to many listeners in the most truthful and honest way we were able to.

With guidance from Consent Comes First (CCF); the Office of Sexual Violence Support at Toronto Metropolitan University, we compiled several resources for listeners to refer to for additional support. We recognize the incredible work these organizations promote and encourage listeners to visit these resources and learn more about the supports in place for survivors of sexual violence.

Sexual violence can effect anyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, race or religion. If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual violence, please know that you are not alone and there is support available.

Thank you for supporting Epiphany and survivors of sexual violence.
